Please provide me with information relating to fire safety checks in council residential properties over the 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 financial years.

Please tell me:
1.  How many checks were carried out in each of the financial years
2.  How many passed and failed in each of the financial years

And for those which failed please tell me:
•         Where the check took place
•         When the check took place
•         What was the reason for the failure

Above responses are for Sheltered Accommodation Units in Larch Court, Elgin; Cumming Circle, Elgin; Cameron Park Brae, Elgin; Quarryhill, Keith

There are no legislative requirements for fire safety checks within Council tenancies but tenancies are provided with annual gas safety checks, annual smoke alarm checks and gas and electrical checks at the change of tenancies (voids).
