1. How many Moray Council employees’ Fitness for Work notes have been rejected in the past five years?
2. How many doctors’ lines citing “Family Illness” have been rejected by Moray Council in the past five years?
3. How does Moray Council ensure that employees know its policy on Fitness for Work notes from doctors and how is this information made accessible to employees?

1. and 2. This information is not held centrally. To locate information recorded by departments would require individual examination of each employee's files and therefore cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 were are therefore unable to comply with your request.
