Option 4: Personalised Support
This option self-directed support aims to give you the most personalised support package - tailor made for you. You can select how you would like each aspect of your care to be arranged. for example, you could have an Option 1 (Direct Payments) for one aspect and have Option 2 and 3 for other aspects. Personalised support provides a mix and match of any of the options best suited to you.
If the options are not working for you and you would like to change how your support is set up, contact your Social Worker who can arrange a review.
