I would like to submit an FOI for the amount of money that the council has in its reserves in every year for the last six years; for the council’s end of year net fiscal position (budget £surplus or £deficit) in every year for the last six years; for the size of the Scottish Government funding to the council in every year for the last six years; and for the size of this funding minus funding ring fenced for national policies (like the attainment fund).
