Please send me:
1. What percentage of locals qualify for benefits provided by the state based on their income in the last five years, please separate by year.
2. Of the previous percentage given what percentage (a) request benefits and (b) receive benefits over the last five years, please separate by year.
3. How many government officials or people on behalf of the government have visited your local authority in preparation for policy-making over the last five years, please separate by year.
4. How much (a) money and (b) other resources have been revived by your local authority based on SIMD (Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation) data  over the last five years, please separate by year.
5. Is there a record of where the funds previously mentioned have been allocated to? If so please provide.
6. Has your local authority had any correspondence or communication regarding SIMD data with the Government over the past five months? If so please provide any and all records of it.

Q1. and Q2. The DWP may hold this information, however, this is not information held by Moray council and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Not Held.

Q4. The Council receives no funding based directly on Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation.
