1. Castle to Cathedral to Cashmere - Sword, Fire & Stone  (Medieval encampment event)

1a-History Matters Ltd, organisers for the medieval encampment made arrangements for any catering. The total value of the contract for encampment including setting up and dismantling of the camp, public health and safety within the camp, managing and coordinating the key performances and ensuring the camp and guilds run to plan etc. was £3,750.

Other Information provided for this information request:

We had to book outside catering for a Twinning reception on the 17th August 2017. It was very last minute so the council's catering department weren't able to do it. We contacted a local company for a quote which we went ahead with. The total cost for this was £275.
