Moray Council have not demolished any properties over the past 5 years.

Our Council House Sale records advise that the number of properties sold under the right to Buy Scheme in each financial year are as follows:-

April 2012 - End March 2013 = 14

April 2013 - End March 2014 = 32

April 2014 - End March 2015 = 32

April 2015 - End March 2016 = 25

April 2016 - End March 2017 = 62
