I am writing to request a project directory which includes a list of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the 12 flats with ancillary works including access, landscaping and car parking. Scheme includes the demolition of an existing health centre

A project directory is not available as the Council has not yet entered into a contract for this project. However, Springfield Properties Ltd have been selected as the main contractor. Details of the project directory will be available prior to the start of the contract, which is anticipated in mid to late October 2017.
