Please tell me how many food hygiene inspectors the council has had in its employ for each month since January 2014.

Please provide your answers for every month since January 2014, up to and including the date of the receipt of this email.

Most of the food hygiene inspectors employed by Moray Council are generalists i.e. in addition to food hygiene, officers  undertake other environmental health functions e.g. public health and health and safety matters. It is only possible therefore to provide approximate figures for full time equivalent food hygiene inspectors and these are as follows:
