Please provide a list of properties in Findhorn for the periods January 2014-current date that are subject to the additional premium in relation to Council Tax for unoccupied properties.

Please see attached document showing properties with Findhorn as part of their address, which are currently charged the Council Tax levy. As to whether they are located in Findhorn or in the surrounding countryside, our Council Tax system has no map functionality.

Following changes in the software that is used, we are not able to provide a response to historical levy charges and can only provide current data therefore this information is exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Not Held
