Please could you send me the full hygiene reports for all schools, hospitals and nurseries which received an 'improvement required' hygiene rating in the last 12 months.

Please note RAF Lossiemouth Childcare was an improvement required on the programmed visit/1st Revisit – no inspection report was issued at that time. It was on the 2nd Revisit that they received a pass.
