Internet banking: If making a payment by this method, using your bank's service, you must quote your Council Tax account number, as shown on your bill, and the Moray Council's appropriate bank details:

Credit or Debit Card: You may pay by card by using the Automated Telephone Payments line: Call 0300 123 2678. You can call this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Cheques: You can pay by cheque made payable to Moray Council by sending your payment to the address shown on your bill. Please provide the account number also shown on your bill. We will only send a receipt if you ask for one. Please do not send cash by post.

Standing Order: You may can download from this link a Council Tax standing order mandate. You must pass this to you bank so that payment may be made on time and it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
