Working Rite

Stage 3: Working Rite successfully places trainees aged between 16 and 19 with local employers. Throughout the placement we support the trainees to succeed within the workplace whilst creating evidence to prove to future employers that they are employable. The young person gets a weekly training allowance and help towards travel and PPE. As well as gaining experience and potentially employment, the trainees will work towards the SVQ Certificate of Work Readiness.
