The target group is 18 to 65 year olds with mental health issues.
There are three projects - 35/37 North College Street, Elgin, 26 Jamieson Place, Elgin and Moray Mental Health Specialism Care at Home service Jamieson Place, Elgin.
The barriers addressed are - mental health, homelessness, addictions, social inclusion and employability.
Outline of Activities - provide accommodation and all aspects of support in relation to independent living. 24 hours telephone support to outreach clients
