Moray Training
Moray Training provides support for Modern Apprenticeships and short courses through Skills Development Scotland and is able to provide bespoke training courses in health and safety, lifting and handling, first aid, etc.
Stage 1 - Experienced, well-trained and knowledgeable staff who are able to engage with young people in a way that is appropriate to the individual in a process of assessment that is client centred.
Stage 2 - provision at this stage should create a foundation upon which individuals can build their employability skills, personal development, and core skills, including an appropriate level of work experience
Stage 3 - Preparing clients to be well presented job ready young people who are motivated and willing and able to engage in modern apprenticeships or further training and development.
Stage 4 - Provision at this stage should directly enable individuals to access a job, including work experience.
Stage 5 - Delivering and supporting training for employees in line with the requirements of the employer these include SVQs, modern apprenticeships, short course skills training and in house employer determined bespoke training.
