Housing Support
Housing support services help people aged 16 and over to live as independently as possible in the community, regardless of the type of accommodation they live in. The service helps people who are at risk of homelessness and vulnerable people, to keep their accommodation and maintain independence. The services can be provided in a person’s home or in temporary accommodation or other forms of supported accommodation.
Referrals can be through sections within Housing and property Services, partner agencies and self-referrals.
