1a. Where our stock is located

This map of Moray shows our housing market areas which represent geographical housing search areas.  Each housing market area is broken down into 'lettings areas'.  We have 66 lettings areas, 62 of which have Council housing.

You can search by a lettings area to see the supply and demand for housing.

To find out how many properties there are of each size, how many became empty last year, and how many people you will be competing with on the housing list, click on the housing market area you are interested in.  You can also search in the specific lettings area that you would like to live in.
