What is the current rates poundage?

The rates poundage for 2024/25 is 0.498 in the £ for properties with a rateable value of less than 51,000.  For rateable values of between 51,001 and 100,000 the rates poundage is 0.545 in the £ (which includes an Intermediate Business Supplement of 0.047) and for rateable values over 100,000 the rates poundage is 0.559 in the £ (which includes a Large Business Supplement of 0.061).

60,000 x 0.545 = £32,700.00 rates payable for full year
