What is the current rates poundage?

The rates poundage for 2023/24 is 0.498 in the £ for properties with a rateable value of less than 51,000.  For rateable values of between 51,001 and 100,000 the rates poundage is 0.511 in the £ (which includes an Intermediate Business Supplement of 0.013) and for rateable values over 100,000 the rates poundage is 0.524 in the £ (which includes a Large Business Supplement of 0.026).

60,000 x 0.511 = £30,660.00 rates payable for full year
