What should I do if I think the charge is incorrect?
You should contact the Customer Contact Centre: to discuss the matter. They will deal with your query, taking the necessary details in order to investigate the matter or they may request you to write with confirmation of why you think the charge is incorrect. We will assist you with any enquiry to ensure that the amount we have charged you is correct.
