COUNCIL ALLOTMENT REGULATIONS
Moray Council is consulting on the draft regulations for the provision of Allotments in Moray in line with the Council’s powers under Part 9 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. The regulations explain how the council will do this in a system of delegation with independently managed Allotment Associations and this consultation is for interested parties to submit written responses on the proposed Regulations.
The regulations are available to view here and can be viewed on request in person at the Moray Council Annex, High Street, Elgin, in all local libraries and at Elgin Allotments Association, Ashgrove Road, Elgin.

Written responses can be sent by e-mail to CSU@moray.gov.uk or by post to Moray Council Office (CSU – Allotments), High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX.
The consultation will be open for responses by all persons for one month up until 18th December 2023
