An application fee can be paid online, by telephone or by cheque made payable to The Moray Council. You can find more information about how to pay your licence fee here.

Please note, separate, additional fees will be payable directly to other Council Services e.g. Planning, Building Standards and Environmental Health in relation to their functions.
