Make a Complaint Against a Licenceholder
If you want to complain about a licenced premises or a licenceholder, firstly you should consider the following:
- Have you raised the issue directly with the licenseholder?
- Is it a Police matter? For example do you suspect that someone is carrying out an activity that needs a licence, and they don’t have one?
If, after this, you need to lodge a complaint with us, we will take any necessary action or investigation into alleged wrongdoing.
