Make a Complaint Against a Licenceholder

If you want to complain about a licenced premises or a licenceholder, firstly you should consider the following:

  • Have you raised the issue directly with the licenseholder?
  • Is it a Police matter? For example do you suspect that someone is carrying out an activity that needs a licence, and they don’t have one?

If, after this, you need to lodge a complaint with us, we will take any necessary action or investigation into alleged wrongdoing.

The easiest way to make a complaint to us is to include all the information you have including the name of the licenceholder, the place of work, any evidence of wrongdoing or misconduct and all other relevant information in an email to our licensing complaints team.
