Rent deposit scheme-the Moray Keyfund

The Moray Keyfund provides a 'guarantee' to a private landlord instead of a tenant providing a cash deposit immediately.

The guarantee is to help people who are on a low income and at risk of homelessness and are unable to raise the cash deposit themselves.
