Anti Social Behaviour Co-ordinator

There is a requirement for the Anti Social Behaviour section of The Moray Council  to be involved with the Local Licensing Forum from a Safer Communities/Anti Social Behaviour perspective. 

There are many links between the role of the Local Licensing Forum and the Safer Communities, with Licensed Premises having an impact on antisocial behaviour  particularly premises where there are large gatherings of people late night or early morning.
