The Young Person's representative on the LLF is crucial as it will give a unique perspective to debates and discussion relating to local licensing issues as there are a number of impacts on Young People solely.

We believe that it would be vital to continue this representation as it would allow the LLF to have a clear and an overall wider picture when considering local licensing issues in Moray.
