Moray Council (Prohibition Of Waiting And Consolidation - Various Streets, Lossiemouth) Order 2024
It is proposed to introduce a new Road Traffic Regulation Order makes alterations to the waiting restrictions currently in place within Lossiemouth. The amendments generally introduce new restrictions where parked vehicles are creating difficulty for road users at junctions, and for traffic management where long lengths of parked vehicles leave no room for opposing vehicles to safely pass. The proposed Order will consolidate all previous orders related to waiting restrictions in and around Lossiemouth and is promoted in the interests of road safety. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on Friday the 17th January 2025.
