Moray Council Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order 2024
It is proposed to introduce a new Traffic Regulation Order which will have the effect of updating the existing Road Traffic Regulation Order in line with the current requirements. This will make a number of existing on street advisory Disabled Parking Places enforceable throughout the Moray area and ensure that the abuse of such spaces in residential areas is reduced. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on (Friday 30th August), the Banffshire Herald and the Banffshire Advertiser on (Tuesday 3rd September) and the Forres Gazette on (Wednesday 4th September).
