FOI Request - Council Meeting Papers Circulation Deadlines
In relation to your full Council meetings I would like to know your timescales in relation to the issuing of the Council papers for thos e meetings (Agenda, Minutes, Supporting Reports)
1. How long prior to these meetings do you issue the papers to elected members.
2. Is there a different time scale operated between 'administration' Councillors and 'opposition' Councillors receiving these papers, if there is what is that time scale.
3. If you do operate a different time scale between administration and opposition, when does the leader of the opposition receive his / her papers. (IE. Is it different to their own group)
