Internet Matters was set up by Sky, BT, TalkTalk and Virgin media as an online portal that helps parents protect their children from the dangers of using the internet. They provide useful information for parents about the key issues they have online, including cyberbullying, parental controls, sexting, inappropriate content and online grooming. They also aim to help educate kids and parents about the dangers that kids face when on the internet.
Recently they helped create Digiduck a mobile app which teaches kids the importance of parental controls and dangers online through short stories.

ChildLine is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of 19. You can contact a ChildLine counsellor about anything – no problem is too big or too small. Call free on 800 1111. The website contains a vast amount of advice, information and help.
