Current Permits and Pricing

Zone C - £50 per calendar month

Hall Place, North College Street West, North Port, Northfield Terrace, South Street, St Giles Centre (Levels 1-4 only).

Can also be used in Zone D and E Car Parks.

Zone D - £40 per calendar month

Elgin Railway Station.  

Can also be used in Zone E Car Parks only.

Zone E - £40 per calendar month

Batchen Lane, Lossie Green, Lossie Wynd only.

To apply for a Permit, please download and complete the Application Form and Direct Debit Mandates below.

Once completed, these Forms can be returned electronically to roadsadmin@moray.gov.uk or posted to Moray Council, Environmental and Commercial Services – Roads Admin, PO Box 6760, Elgin, Moray, IV30 9BX.
