Estates also provide advice and information on all property related matters including the Council's land and property ownerships.

Requests To Purchase Additional Ground
Due to continued workload pressures, staff are concentrating on corporate priorities and high value transactions. As such only very limited staff resources are being deployed (when possible) to Garden Ground sales applications. It is therefore likely to take a significant period of time before new applications can be considered.

Property Ownership Enquiries
Estates can advise if property is in Council ownership, however, no information is held on property not in Council ownership.

Charges for Breach of Lease
Please note that in addition to the current charges for Estates Services set out on this schedule with immediate effect the Council will also be adopting the charges for non-monetary breaches of leases as set out on this schedule,
