I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, and any other relevant pieces of legislation:

1. How many anti-social behaviour evictions have taken place, within your council area, over last three years (broken down by year)?
2. And, if possible, how many anti-social behaviour eviction processes (or however this is termed internally) were started, over the past three years (broken down by year), and how many were ended/concluded (again, broken down by year)?

1. 2023-2024 NIL
2022-2023 NIL
2021-2022 NIL

2. There were no Notice of Proceedings (NOP) served due to anti-social behaviour over the past 3 years.

2023-2024 NIL
2022-2023 - there were between 1 and 5 cases where the NOP had elapsed without repossession action being raised. The low numbers associated with this response may result in the identification of individuals, therefore numbers between 1 and 5 have been redacted. This response is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - personal information.
