Health and Social Care Moray, and, Moray Council provides a range of Care and Support Services with the aim that:

We aim to support people to live as independently as possible in a homely environment as an active participant in their local community.
We commission some of our care and support services from other organisations. These organisations have a contract with Moray Council to provide a service. Health & Social Care Moray manages the contract and monitors and supports organisations to ensure commissioned services are meeting the requirements of their contract and the quality and performance standards described in the service specification.
