1.  A full itinerary of all items owned which have been purchased from Soft Restraint (known to Companies House as DEFEND SOLUTIONS LTD Company number 08847025).

2.  How much local authority has spent on goods and services with Soft Restraint (known to Companies House as DEFEND SOLUTIONS LTD Company number 08847025) in the last financial year.

3.  How much local authority spends on equipment specifically designed to restrain children in care and education settings, in the last financial year.

1. & 2. Nil. No spend recorded for this supplier. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

3. Schools would have to look through every invoice to see if they related to restraining equipment which would be excessive cost. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
