FOI Request - Smoke Control Zones

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
1. When the council last reviewed the boundaries of each smoke control zone within the local authority boundary. Please provide dates of each review date.
2. How many investigations were carried out for households breaching the regulations applied to smoke control zones and domestic combustion, and what the outcomes were for each investigation. Please provide for the last 5 full calendar years i.e. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.
3. Which department is responsible for investigation breaches of smoke control zones and how many staff are employed to investigate and enforce smoke control zones. Please provide the number of staff for each of the last 5 full calendar years i.e. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.
