2. Not held. All fly tipping is uplifted within our normal waste collections, either domestic or litter bin collections, and therefore we do not have any separate costs for collecting or disposing of fly tipping incidents. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
