We are making a request under the above Act for information relating to Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

In particular, we require the following information: -

1. Information including sight of any written or electronic communication detailing all reports of road surface defects on Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

2. Information including sight of any written or electronic communication detailing any remedial work, temporary road works or road maintenance tasks carried out to Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

3. Information including sight of any written or electronic communication detailing the roads inspection regime and records for Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

4. Confirmation of how often Old Military Road, A939, between Bridge of Brown and the signed the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 is inspected.

5. Confirmation of the Roads Inspection Manual in use for inspecting Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

6. Information including sight of any written or electronic communication detailing any reported complaints in relation to Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

7. Information including sight of any written or electronic communication detailing any reports of incidents occurring on Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

8. Confirmation of the mapping reference system used to record incidents and road defects on Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.

9. Any photographs taken in relation to complaints, maintenance works or incidents concerning Old Military Road, A939, between the junction for the B9136 and the junction for the B9008 from June 2020 to date.
