We would also like to request a copy of the video footage, under the freedom of information, recorded for the survey on the Burghead to Newton road.

Not held. A video survey was undertaken at the Roseisle Crossroads during January 2022. This survey was used to observe HGV movements at the junction.  

The Council only retains video survey data for a period of 28 days to allow time for analysis, after which it is deleted. The video is therefore no longer available. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

The recent traffic surveys undertaken in Roseisle during May 2023 were done using 'tubes' and radars. The results of these surveys have been shared with members of the local community. There is therefore no video information available.
