The low number of social housing tenants (<5) that have been evicted for being in rent arrears between September 6th 2022 and today, July 10th 2023 may result in the identification of individuals and has therefore been redacted. This response is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - personal information.
