Request information about housing in Dufftown (AB55 4). 

1. Could you please give me a breakdown of the properties in terms of usage (occupied/unoccupied, council owned/owner occupied, rental)?

1. The figures below are as at a report produced on 1st July 2023. We are not able to determine properties which are rentals or owner occupied, as our Council Tax system does not hold that information. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

Total Council Tax chargeable properties under AB55 4 – 1090

Breakdown:

Occupied – 1013 (of which 160 are Moray Council houses)
Unoccupied – 77 (of which 2 are Moray Council houses)
