2.  How much funding was received from the Scottish Government to support delivery of free personal care under Frank's Law in each financial year since 2019?

3.  A breakdown of what funding provided to implement Frank's Law has been spent on in each financial year since 2019 e.g. care provision, staff costs, administration, etc.

4.  A copy of the local authority's policy on requiring those aged under 65 being assessed for personal care to be informed of their entitlement under Frank's Law.
