Good afternoon. Under the freedom of information act I would like to 

1. request sight of the Moray Flood Team and SEPA consultation responses to this application which for some strange reason are not part of the documents on the Council's portal. 

2. The flood risk assessment supplied to this application is also requested to be made available to view.
