FOI Request - FCC Environment Contract

As per my records, FCC Environment contract has expired.
1.  I would like to know whether this contract is still valid or replaced by any other supplier.

If all the information besides the contract dates are the same, I am happy to just receive an update on the contract dates

1. According to our contract register we has a company called FCCS Group Ltd on our repairs and maintenance contract which expired in March 23.  The replacement contract is about to be awarded in due course. This information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information otherwise accessible and due for publication within twelve weeks (and so also falls under Section 25 - due for publication in the contract register available on the Moray Council website.
