Please note that adult social work is split differently under Health & Social Care Moray in that older people's social work is managed under a locality model and the SW teams come under the remit of the Locality Manager. Tracy Stephen is Chief Social Work Officer and provides professional leadership for those social work teams, as well as having the Learning Disability and Mental Health social work teams within her own remit.
