FOI Request - Cabrach And Glenfiddich Estate Private Water Supplies

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2002, please provide me with copies of the Cabrach and Glenfiddich Estate recent Private Water Supply Statutory Test results.

I understand that Moray Council has issued a notice to some households on private water supplies within the estate after discovering dangerous levels of bacteria in water.

(a)the risk assessment;

(b)the date, results and location of any sampling and analysis relating to that supply, and the reason for taking the sample;

(c)the results of any investigation undertaken in accordance with Private Water Supply Regulations;

(g)any notices served;

(h)any action agreed to be taken by any person under Private Water Supply Regulations;
