FOI Request - Council Bin Collections

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information held by the
Council.
Specifically, I would like the following information:
1. Details of all changes to the council’s household waste collection frequency each of the past five
years.
2. The total number of missed bin collections in each of the past five years.
3. The total number of domestic waste collection complaints received by the council in each of the
past five years.

2016 – No changes.
2017 – No changes.
2018 – Refuse bins where changed to 3 weekly collections.
2019 – No Changes.
2020 - Recycling bins changed to 3 weekly due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic.
