FOI Request - Teaching Vacancies 2020

Please could you tell me the number of teaching vacancies, broken down by month and school, and the length of time it has taken for these vacancies to be filled in 2020 and 2019?

Please find the list of posts broken down by school and the date the post was advertised attached here. 

The length of time taken for each post to be filled is not recorded centrally and so, in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'excessive cost' we are unable to comply with this part of your request. 

We can, however, advise that all vacancies are advertised for a minimum of one but most commonly two weeks. Following the closing date, the posts are leeted and interviews held if appropriate a minimum of one week following the leeting and letters going out. If the post is not appointed at interview, it is readvertised. Unless the post has been readvertised it is likely that the post has been appointed within a month of the original advert.
