FOI Request - Local Authority Statistics

I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. I would like these to be treated as separate requests for the purposes of the Act

1. The percentage of staff in your local authority recorded as absent with a stress related illness, broken down by department, month and and pay grade over the last 12 months
2. The number of incidents recorded by your local authority of physical or verbal abuse on staff by members of the public, broken down by department, and month over the last 12 months
3. The total number of libraries in your local authority area
4. The total number of libraries which have remained closed following lockdown
5. The total number of venues owned by your local authority and available to the public to book or use for social reasons (gyms, meeting rooms, community centres etc)
6.  The total number of those venues which have remained closed following lockdown
7. The amount of revenue to your local authority which these venues generated in December and January 2019 and the amount of revenue projected to be generated in December and January 2020
8. 2019's total street Christmas decoration budget and 2020's projected budget for on street christmas decorations

In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please note that a breakdown by grade has not been provided as to collate this would be excessive cost to the Council.

3. We have 11 static Libraries and 1 Mobile Library.

4. Six static libraries are still closed.  Four are open for Order and Collect. One is open for Order and Collect, browsing, PC use, access to Local Heritage and Reference Resources.  The Mobile Library is in operation.

7. The income received by leisure facilities, active schools and sports development across December and January 2019 excluding grants is £320,523.63.
In regards to revenue projected during these months in 2020 we are working on a 50% basis so £160,261
