If possible could the request also include any costs for updated signage used by the council - such as floor stickers to highlight two meter distancing, FACTS guidance from the Scottish Government.

Please could you break down the items and costs by department, i.e. education, waste management, and provide the details in the form of a spreadsheet.

Response 11-12-2020

In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, 'excessive cost' we are unable to provide the a breakdown by department. We can, advise that the total recorded spend is £271,227.32, however this figure does not include purchases by schools that were not made via the Council's central store.

We are unable to provide an itemised spend as this information could be used to work out unit costs when used in conjunction with previously published information. It is therefore exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 as disclosure would be likely to substantially prejudice commercial interests.
