Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request:

The number of incidents lodged by teachers in your local authority involving primary school students or nursery students making racist insults or derogatory comments about homosexuals in 12 months.

The number of incidents is between 0 and 5. This number is low that disclosure could risk identifying individuals and so it is exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, personal information.
